Who we are
Pillar Training Partners is Australian owned and operated. It was founded by an Australian, born and bred in Sydney (where she is still based), a hands-on senior healthcare leader with over 20 years of combined clinical, commercial and healthcare-education experience.
That background spans frontline clinical practice, operations leadership across multi-site healthcare services, scenario-based clinical training delivery and the design of workforce learning programs at scale. That combination of clinical depth, commercial discipline and a genuine understanding of how adults actually learn is what PTP is built on.
Proudly Australian owned and operated
Built by people who've
been there
Our trainers bring that same approach into every session. Real experience from real workplaces. Stories learners remember. Training that sounds like their world, not a textbook. The founder's standard is instilled in every trainer PTP works with. High-calibre professionals hand-picked to deliver with the same mantra, in every session.
Our training is delivered nationally by local trainers who come to your workplace across the country, while everything behind the scenes, our admin, our processes and our student support, stays here on Australian shores. We are a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation, so when you book with us you are dealing with an Australian provider and qualified local trainers.
Why PTP exists
Most workplaces with the right intentions send their team to off-site classroom-based CPR and first aid training that nobody remembers by the following month. Sessions are rushed. Cohorts are too large for every learner to engage in real practice. Content is generic and disconnected from the actual workplace it's meant to protect.
PTP was built to fix that.
Mobile delivery to your premises.
Every learner receives practice on every skill within their own workplace environment.
Every client has a direct line to their PTP trainer.
The result is training your team will remember
and apply when it matters.
Our Standards
PTP's training and assessment systems are built to Standards for RTOs 2025. Every qualification we deliver will be nationally recognised and reported through AVETMISS to NCVER.
Trainers who meet the five-pillar framework
TAE qualification, unit currency, vocational practice, industry currency and ongoing VET professional development.
Content aligned to national guidelines
ARC Guidelines for CPR, BLS and infant resuscitation. ASCIA Action Plans for anaphylaxis, asthma and allergic reactions.
Continuous improvement every cycle
Assessment validation, feedback loops and improvement records maintained per delivery cycle.
Transparency by publication
Self-assurance plan, risk register and complaints and appeals process all published on the Policies page.
We track standards as they evolve
Changes to ASQA regulation, ARC and ASCIA guidance and Standards for RTOs are folded into our systems, content and trainer PD as they release.
