How PTP delivers
-
Every HLTAID012 course is delivered at your service by a nationally qualified PTP trainer. You choose the date, the time and the location. We bring the infant, child and adult manikins, the AEDs, the epipen trainers, the choking simulators and every other piece of equipment your team needs to practise on. Your staff stay on-site, in the environment they actually work in..
-
HLTAID012 goes deeper on the emergencies you're most likely to face in an education and care setting. Choking on food, febrile convulsion, anaphylaxis to nuts or dairy, playground falls, near-drowning at water play. Every practical scenario is built around real childcare situations, not generic workplace ones. Trainers walk through your ACECQA and Regulation 136 reporting obligations at the end, so your team leaves knowing exactly what to document and who to notify.
-
Groups are kept deliberately small so every educator gets hands-on time with infant, child and adult manikins. That matters. Retention on first aid skills drops sharply when learners only watch. PTP courses are built around active practice, spaced repetition and scenario-based decision-making, so what your team learns actually sticks.
-
Statements of Attainment issued digitally within 24 hours of course completion. Your Unique Student Identifier (USI) is captured before we arrive to keep the paperwork fast.
